Call Out Fees

For all pre booked after hours appointments between 6pm - 9pm weekdays only
Outside Service Area

Any bookings that fall outside our service area will need to provided with a quote.
All bookings are subject to a call out fee.

The above prices are based for after hours bookings within our service area. Any after hours bookings outside our services area will require a quote.

We are based in Western Sydney and our regular service area includes:
Penrith, Londonderry, Marsden Park, Richmond, Windsor, Glenorie, Rouse Hill, Kenthurst, Dural, Hornsby, Castle Hill, Epping, Parramatta, Silverwater, Merrylands, Prospect, Abbotsbury, Eastern Creek, Orchard Hills, and Blacktown.
We also service all of Sydney, including the eastern suburbs, CBD, and northern beaches.

Yes, we know its a lot but please understand that this a one on one service where your pets travel in comfort. They will not be traveling by plane or in a trailer, or even with any other pets. When the best of care is needed, this is the service for you.
