Door to Door Service

Our signature door to door service can be utilised for any time you need your pet transported from one location to another. We can accommodate one passenger to travel with your pet provided they are over 18yo.

Some examples may be:

• Vets and Specialists visits

• Grooming Appointments

• Drop off or pick up to a boarding Kennel or day care

• When moving home

• Airport collection or drop off

We can also work with breeders and rescues for their transport needs.

Appointment Buddy Service 

There may be times when your just not able to take your pet to an appointment yourself and they need a human friend to help. We can offer to attend the appointment with your pet. Just give us all the necessary information required and any instructions for during the appointment and we will report back to you with all the details afterwards.

Bookings/Appointments

Bookings are preferred as there is no guarantee that we will be available when requested but we are happy to accommodate last minute bookings where we can.

24/7 Emergency Service

If you are faced with a need for emergency transport out of regular business hours please give us a call and we will do our best to get to you ASAP. This service is also subject to availability.

Special Australia Wide Service

We are serious when we say anywhere in Australia. These are special bookings that will need to be should made at least 7 days in advance as a lot of planning goes into these trips.

This is most definitely a LUXURY service which includes;

• Pick up at any desired time.

• Our signature comfort travel (bed/cooling mat, cooling or heating, calming music, blankets and toys, etc)

• Overnight accommodation in pet friendly facilities with handler. 

• Food and treats provided (medication administration if required).

• Pup-dates along the way for your peace of mind. This is generally a text and photo with an update of how your pet is traveling but can also be a call (we can even facetime). 

• Regular stops to stretch their legs and go to the bathroom. 

• Drop off or hand over at any required location or facility. 

• One handler and vehicle for the entire journey.  

  

These bookings will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure transport and then full payment will be due on or before the day of collection. Cancelation up to 5 days prior to booking will result in a fee that is equivalent to 20% of the total booking cost or if cancelled less than 5 days prior, the full 50% deposit will be forfeited.
